Hi Everyone,
In this time of crisis, when companies are going bankruptcy or cutting jobs to survive, we have decided to duplicate the customer service representatives by the end of December 2008.
Although for some experts this represents a risky move, we feel this is the right way to give our clients the customer service they deserve.
As of now our Human Resources Department is interviewing the candidates and by the end of next week we should have the final list with all the candidates that will fill the Customer Service Representative positions.
Also, I would like to congratulate Mr. Enrique Pascual, BuyAndWalk.com’s IT Project Leader, who was the responsible to create our blog and make it the right place for you and us to interact with each other. Personally I think he did a great job. Although it took him a while, as we now, good things take time to be created and developed (just like a good whiskey).
On further posts I will introduce my self and get you to know me a little bit better. But again, that’s for my next posts.
