Saucony was born in 1898 at Kutztown, Pennsylvania, on the high banks of the Saucony Creek, hence the name. It’s pretty much fair to say they run a long way to get to the top, to the very top. You could say that Steve Jobs was the Willy Wonka of electronics and brilliant devices. Every few months he would surprise us and pop out of his secret magical tech savvy factory and idea or dispositive that would excite us like we were 5 years old again.
Most of his creations were the equivalent to that Super Nintendo behind the Christmas tree; he rarely ever disappointed any of his fans. Not only he was a foundation and compass for Apple, but he also created Pixar; defining a brand new era for animation, movies scripts and movie development.
The inevitable happened and Steve Jobs died due to cancer with 56 years old. The combination of design, technologic improvement and customer service satisfaction Steve accomplished, established a new beginning. And his departure will not put a stop to the movement he put in motion a long time ago. The wheel will keep on spinning. This is just getting started, and under any circumstances a death means an end to a legacy.
We are so sorry that you had to leave us, Steve, but we are grateful that you were with us at all.

Today I’m raising a torch for kids and their adorable, tiny, soft, little feet. Too many adjectives?, well they are so darn small, pink, and sweet I just had to. But all girly hormonal ranting aside, there are some seriously cute kids’ shoes out there.
I made this huge discovery last week when I went shopping for my cousin’s kid birthday (I am not sure what that makes her, I just call her my niece, and we are all happy with that arrangement, so who are you to judge 
). Shopping for kids is always fun, at least it is for me, toys are just the best now, I mean if toys had been that awesome back when I was a kid I would’ve never left my room … needless to say I would be a lot paler. By now you might be wondering what this has to do with shoes, well don’t be so impatient, I was just about to tell you. The thing was that my cousin forbade me from buying toys, because her kid has more than enough already, and put me in the awfully boring situation of having to buy her clothing, or some other boring stuff. So that afternoon, after the forbidding occurred (I might start referring to it as the “incident”, but I’m still on the fence on that one), I sat in front of my pc for some online shopping, with my head down and fully prepared to buy some boring sweater or something, when I ran into some really cool shoes. I like to think of the Reebok EasyTone Flip Flops and sneakers as a couple of portable personal trainers, like my very own sneaker shaped Bob and Jillian. Weird as that may sound, I promise no illegal substances where involved in the creating of that analogy, just clean and solid personal experience.
But enough of that, let’s get down and dirty with the technical aspects of how these babies work. Reebok EasyTone technology is based on air filled balance pods which are strategically placed underneath the forefoot and the heel and are approximately 1cm, like so (now is when you look at the picture below, and go, ohhh).
